About MoneyPundit
Making personal finance simple, practical, and actionable for every Indian.
MoneyPundit is an independent personal finance publication launched in 2026. We exist because we believe every Indian deserves access to clear, honest, and research-backed money guidance — without the jargon, without the sales pitch.
Our Mission
India’s financial landscape is complex — multiple tax regimes, thousands of mutual funds, dozens of insurance products, evolving regulations from SEBI, IRDAI, and RBI. Most people don’t have the time to decode all of it. We do it for them.
Every article on MoneyPundit is built to answer a specific question a real person would ask — “Should I pick the old or new tax regime?”, “Which health insurance covers my parents best?”, “Where should I park money for 2 years?” — and give a clear, actionable answer backed by data.
Our Editorial Standards
We take accuracy seriously, especially because financial content directly impacts people’s lives and wallets:
- All data is sourced from official bodies (AMFI, SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, Income Tax Department) or verified financial databases.
- We update articles regularly — especially around budget season, rate changes, and regulatory shifts.
- We clearly label opinions vs facts, and always include disclaimers where applicable.
- We are NOT SEBI-registered advisors. Our content is educational. We recommend consulting a qualified financial planner for personalized advice.
Revenue Model
MoneyPundit is primarily supported through advertising (Google AdSense). Some articles may contain affiliate links to financial products — these are always clearly disclosed. Our editorial independence is non-negotiable: advertising relationships never influence our recommendations or rankings.
